Day 10
Wow, hard to believe that I am on day 10 already!!! Yay!! I decided to do a weigh in this morning to see how my weight has been doing as it has been a handful of days since I stepped on the scale. I tried it out and rang in at 127 pounds. Lol, that means only 1 pound lost since about 4 days ago! Oh well. I then decided to try again and take off my clothes entirely and move the scale and a flatter surface and I came up at 126.5!! YAY! I like seeing that number since I haven’t seen that number for many years!! Like I say, it isn’t all about losing weight, but what a benefit to know I am cleansing myself and getting a bit small by the numbers!
Now I really want to push myself to hit 125 pounds just for the sake of only ever being that weight once in my life when I was in Grade 11…and for a very short period of time! hah
This morning I had my kamut puffs and rice milk which I still enjoy except I added the sweetest sugary strawberries in there-ironically enough I don’t like strawberries in my cereal because they came off as tasting a bit sour which is totally untrue.
Since I had to be at a meeting before work today, I wasn’t able to have a good lunch but did bring along my grilled chicken (tastes less salty when you only put the seasonings on and forgo the extra salt) and cut up tomato slices. I also brought along sweet corn on the cob but didn’t get a chance to eat that till I got home.
When I got home I decided not to eat my last serving of barley soup because I was not too hungry surprisingly-so I just finished off my corn and then got cooking away for tomorrow. I have my most FAVORITE canned salmon with ginger and sesame oil ready to go with brown rice and string beans! MMMM
I also snacked on some corn thins tonight and felt good.
Other than that, another easy day! ![]()
